My name is Logan Holmes, and my journey in real estate began about six years ago after I read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. At the time, I was working a blue-collar job in the chemical plants, with little direction beyond wanting to escape that life. Naturally, I was drawn to real estate because of the potential for financial success. Everyone I looked up to in the field was wealthy, and I thought that was the goal.

But I quickly learned that if you're in it purely for the money, you're in it for the wrong reasons. Real success in real estate—and in life—comes from helping people. The reason those I admired were so highly regarded was because they understood how to bring value to the community by helping homeowners navigate difficult situations. Once I realized this, everything changed.

With this new perspective, I spent the next few years learning how to truly help people with their properties, focusing on adding value rather than just asking for it. It's been an eye-opening and incredibly rewarding experience. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of helping homeowners prevent foreclosure, pay off liens and debts, settle family disputes after inheriting property, and assist tired landlords in collecting their money over time—without the hassle of being a landlord themselves.

Recently, I became a licensed real estate agent with Keller Williams, which allows me to offer even more options for homeowners. Whether the best solution is an investment offer or listing the property on the open market, I can guide clients through the process. My goal is always to explore the approach that best fits their needs and circumstances, ensuring support every step of the way."
